The things you'd expect a finance planner to hold: transactions, account balances, bills, recurring payments, goals, liabilities, investments, and the categories and rules you set up around them. Alongside that, the basics of your profile — name, email, and the household you belong to.

Conversations with the AI advisor are stored too, so a thread can continue where it left off; they stay until your household's data is deleted. The advisor also keeps short memory notes distilled from your own conversations — you can see every one of them, and delete any or all of them, in Settings → Advisor.

Everything is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database in the Sydney region — AWS ap-southeast-2. Backups stay in the same region. Your data does not leave Australia at rest.

The members of your household, within the sharing rules you choose. Shared surfaces show shared money; a personal pot's contents are visible only to its owner — that boundary is enforced in the database itself, and there is no administrative path around it.

When you ask the advisor a question, the relevant figures are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the answer. That processing happens under commercial API terms that do not use your data to train models.

No one else. No selling, no advertising networks, no analytics brokers.

Your data is yours. You can export it at any time — the download includes your money data and your own advisor history — and you can ask for your account and your household's data to be deleted. The advisor's memory notes you can view and delete yourself, right now, in Settings → Advisor; advisor conversation history stays until the household's data is deleted. Deletion is permanent — backups age out on their own schedule, and nothing is retained beyond that.
